Rostade rotfrukterDagen innan Carolas spelning på Gotland så kom en massör med en bänk och ställde upp den i vardagsrummet medan Henrik fixade middagen och jag och barnen spelade spel.
Massören kom raka vägen från massage av hästar så man kan säga att hon kunde ta i och det behövdes verkligen då min arma vännina var i stort behov av rejäl genomknådning.
Här är bild på lite rostade rotfrukter vilket kan vara det godaste jag vet.
Sätt ugnen på 225 grader och sätt in grönsakerna i ca 20-30 min. Dom ska vara mjuka men lite al dente. Ringla lite olivolja och lite salt innan.

Långkokt Bolognaise i ugnDetta är en vanlig köttfärssås men den har stått i ugnen i ugnfast gryta i 150 grader i 4 timmar.
